Hydropower for future generations, a theme that like no other emphasises long-range impacts of hydropower activities. All measures taken today will always have a major impact on our children and grandchildren. Therefore it is just right to make hydropower viable for the next generations.
The role of hydropower in Europe is ever-changing. Therefore, our conference shall provide a platform to exchange experiences and enable open-minded discussion. The upcoming occasion of our conference will be an event, at which all issues and latest questions regarding the future of hydropower are discussed in the classy atmosphere of the conference centre in Laxenburg.

Currently open is a Call for Papers, with the deadline set on the 28 of February 2022. All the information is available here.
Submission of abstracts: The acceptance of contributions to the conference is based on extended abstracts. The abstracts should be up to two A4 pages long. They should clearly state the objectives, results and main conclusions. All abstracts will be reviewed, and if accepted, the author‘s should submit the full paper for publication. Only those who make the presentation at the conference may have their papers published.
Final paper: The final paper has to be written in the English language.
